POOJA
OR WORSHIPPING IS AN ELABORATE RITUAL PERFORMED EVERY
DAY NOT ONLY IN TEMPLES BUT
also in most of the Hindu homes. The purpose of the
pooja ritual is to create and setup thoughts of spiritual
forces in and around us. It requires a number of special
Pooja articles that is difficult to find everywhere.
Each article or object associated with the ritual of
Pooja or worship has its own significance. A Pooja Thali
is a plate, usually made out of copper, steel, gold,
silver or brass, that is used to keep all
those accessories that
are required during the pooja. |

Importance
of Havan :
The process of eradicating inner imperfections prevalent in
our being is called havan. This process has all the healing
techniques incorporated in it beautifully. It is a rare combination
of accupressure, touch healing, meditation, psychiatry, knowledge
and wisdom. Havan
is a scientific procedure, which is associated with the science
of mind and soul. This science was realised by our great rishi-munis
or seer scientists in Vedic times, through their mind power.
Havans
are age-old sacred rituals to invoke and propitiate various
deities using the sacred fire as a medium for the attainment
of various wishes and boons in the materialistic and the spiritual
world as well.
